We are looking for a Help Desk, temporary (6 month) position (tier 1) position to join our Neogames group corporate IT team.
As a Help Desk team member, you will be a part of the corporate IT Department which engages in all aspects of hardware, software, and infrastructure.
The main Technologies that you will work with are Microsoft-based workstations\laptops and servers.
Responsibilities
🔸Provide help desk support for all NeoGames group employees (1000+).
🔸Support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
🔸Assist with onboarding\offboarding and setup for new employees.
🔸Support the company with different systems and applications
Requirements
🔸1-2 years experience as a Help Desk.
🔸Experience with Windows Active Directory and Azure environments.
🔸Experience with Microsoft Office 365 software and administration.
🔸Excellent problem-solving skills and with excellent customer service attitude.
🔸Fast & self-learner, team player, organized and responsible, dynamic, and motivated.
🔸Basic Linux knowledge.
🔸Basic networking knowledge.
🔸An understanding of information security, VPN Clients, and web filtering systems.
🔸Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills.
🔸Ability to work on Call 24/7.
