IT engineer (L1) in Lvivskiy oblribkombinat, PrAT

MyFish is a Ukrainian producer and brand of fish products with a restaurant soul. We create quality fish products that combine traditions and modern technologies. Our company is growing and developing, so we are expanding the team.

We are currently looking for an IT engineer (L1) who will help maintain the stable operation of our IT infrastructure and become a reliable support for the team.

Main duties:

• Registration, change and deletion of user accounts in the corporate environment (Active Directory, Microsoft 365).
• Setting up workplaces: installing the OS, basic software, connecting to the network, configuring access to printers, network drives.
• Connecting and configuring peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, monitors, network adapters).
• Laying and testing network cables, connecting equipment to switchboards and network devices.
• Providing basic technical support to users: solving typical problems with access, printing, network, office programs.
• Equipment accounting, participation in the inventory of IT resources.
• Interaction with the system administrator to perform tasks of the second level of complexity.
• Compliance with internal security procedures and company standards when working with equipment and data.
• Working with the Windows 10/11 OS, setting up printers, scanners, network drives.
• Basic diagnostics of equipment and network malfunctions.
• Usage technical support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
• Laying and testing of cable lines (Ethernet).
• Compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher or secondary special education in the field of IT (or related).
• Basic knowledge in the field of IT: understanding of the principles of computer technology, local networks, peripheral equipment.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, setting up peripherals, user accounts.
• Experience with Active Directory (creation/deletion) is preferred users, changing passwords).
• Understanding the principles of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
• Ability to lay and test cables, connect network equipment.
• Experience with TeamViewer, AnyDesk is preferred.
• Experience in a similar position from 1 year.
