A large stable company is looking for a IT Director (CIO) who will become a strategic partner for the business and lead the digital transformation of the Group of Companies.
We are looking for a leader who can build an effective IT strategy, ensure stability IT services and make technology a real driver of business development.
Main tasks
Formation and implementation of the IT strategy of the Group of companies in connection with business goals.
Management of the architecture of the IT environment: infrastructure, platforms, business applications, corporate communications.
Development and support of key corporate systems (ERP, CRM, BI).
Building and development of functions:
information security,
user support (ITSM),
development and integration,
management IT projects.
IT budget management: planning, cost control, TCO/ROI assessment.
Team management (infrastructure, development, security, support).
Ensuring service continuity and compliance with SLA/OLA.
Management of external contractors and vendors.
Representation of the IT department at the level of top management and the board of directors.
Requirements
Experience in IT at least 7-10 years, of which 3-5 years — in the position of CIO, Head of IT or a similar managerial role.
Experience of IT management in companies with 1,000 or more employees.
Practical experience in implementing and supporting corporate systems (ERP, CRM, BI).
Understanding architectural approaches (infrastructure, platforms, applications).
Experience in building information security processes and compliance with standards (ISO 27001, GDPR or similar).
Knowledge and practical application of ITSM/ITIL.
Experience in project management (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, PMP).
Experience in negotiations, managing contractors and vendors.
Higher education in the field of IT or Technical Sciences.
It will be an advantage:
Certifications: ITIL, TOGAF, PMP/PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, CISSP/CISM/ISO 27001.
Skills of prioritization and working in conditions of competing interests.
