S-Engineering is an international engineering company represented in Ukraine in the field of development and implementation of automation systems and electrical equipment. Focused on the production of equipment and the provision of engineering services with a clear focus on the global market. We have our own technical and production resources for the implementation of a complex of works on design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, service maintenance.

We are looking for an IT director who will ensure the stable, safe and efficient operation of the company's IT infrastructure, including server solutions, networks, specialized software for project and production units, as well as high-quality service support for users.

MAIN TASKS AND AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

Support and continuity of work

• Ensuring stable operation of IT systems with availability level Uptime > 99.5%
• Organization of helpdesk support for users in compliance with SLA
• Quality control of workplace support and office equipment

IT infrastructure

• Administration and development of ESXi / vSphere virtualized infrastructure
• Network design and support (VLAN, QoS)
• Backup (Synology DSM, TrueNAS, ZFS)

Information security

• Firewall/VPN setup (WatchGuard)
• MFA implementation and security audits

Software and business systems

• Support SolidWorks, EPLAN, Siemens TIA Portal
• IT-Enterprise administration and development

Development and automation

• Process automation (PowerShell, Bash)
• Participation in IT projects and integrations

Team management and communication

• IT team management
• Interaction with business units

Technical skills and experience

• Virtualization: ESXi / vSphere (HA, vMotion).
• OS: Windows / Linux, Active Directory. Networks and security: WatchGuard, Ubiquiti UniFi, VPN, VLAN, QoS, MFA. Remote access: AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP. Software: SolidWorks, EPLAN, Siemens TIA Portal, IT-Enterprise. Backups: Synology DSM, TrueNAS, ZFS, snapshots. Scripts and automation: PowerShell, Bash.
• Monitoring: Zabbix.
