IT-Director in Family

Our company has been in the retail market for more than 17 years, which continues to develop dynamically.

Our friendly team is looking for a Director of the IT department who will help implement effective IT solutions into the Company's business processes.

We are looking for an ambitious, persistent person who wants to grow and develop together with the Company, achieve new goals and develop interesting innovative projects, and is ready to work with large amounts of information. He will love his work, value his time, energize IT department employees with positivity.

Your tasks:

• Development of the Company's IT strategy;
• Building and management of IT by the Company's department;
• Development and implementation of the Company's information security policy;
• Design, organization and management of the Company's IT infrastructure:
  • distributed corporate network and online store, server infrastructure in an external data center based on the Windows OS;
  • business systems: Torgsoft, 1C, BAS;
• Managing the operational activities of the IT department (purchasing , internal document flow);
• Distribution and control of tasks performed by employees of the IT department;
• Assessment of the need to improve software and management of innovations for them;
• Organization and control for ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the IT infrastructure 24/7 and its technological updating and development;
• Development of internal job instructions and training programs and staff development plans of his department, motivational and employee performance evaluation systems.

  Our requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience in the position of IT Director from 3 years;
  • Experience in retail;
  • li>In-depth knowledge and understanding of technical aspects of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, data storage, virtualization and security;
  • Project management experience and ability to effectively plan, allocate resources and achieve goals;
  • li>Knowledge of ITIL or COBIT standards;
  • Experience in project and change management (including Agile);
  • Experience in procurement management of goods and services;
  • Skills in managing software licenses (MS, 1C, Adobe, etc.) and configurations of user workstations and servers;
  • Experience in IT security management, description and structuring of business processes;
  • Basic command of English to work with documentation;
  • Experience in managing and developing a team (up to 10 employees);
  • Systematic, focused on the result.
