Currently, the company is looking for a specialist for the position of IT&Digital Specialist in the department of information and technical support in connection with the increase in the volume of work. We are looking for a person who has basic work experience as system administrator or the only IT specialist in the company and who wants to develop in the digital direction. It is important for us that a specialist can explain complex things in simple language to users and be part of a team. We have certain requirements for candidates: Experience in supporting (both locally and remotely) Windows-based users; English level - basic conversational; Experience working with Figma (will be an advantage) or any other graphic editors; The ability to make a high-quality picture in a graphic editor that can be used both for instructions and for promotional mailings; It is desirable to understand and work with cloud-based storage; Understanding how computer systems work networks; Basic knowledge of computer security; Skills in working with Google analytics and knowledge of site promotion technology will be an advantage. Responsibilities provided by the position: IT user support: Direct communication with users and help in solving requests; Creating requests to the global support service; Setting up new jobs; Participation in the work and projects of the IT department. Support in the development of the Digital direction: Creation of draft layouts of designs (promotional images, graphic objects, etc.), work with site layouts; Participation in the support of the company's digital projects (work with suppliers , working with corporate systems, working with internal customers to collect requirements and solve their requests related to this direction).The division of duties is 60/40%.
