Format jobs:

• Duration: 3 months (possible extension).
• Schedule: flexible, compatible with studies.
• Location: Kyiv, Pavla Tychyny 1B.

Main duties:

• Preparation and organization of data and documents within the framework of an international project aimed at AI automation HelpDesk, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information.
• Assistance in the preparation and processing of documents related to payments, support of financial processes.
• Creation of instructions for users and articles for the knowledge base, in order to contribute to the improvement of internal communication and the efficiency of solving IT problems.
• Participation in the writing, updating and structuring of technical documentation.
• Basic management of reporting and documentation of IT operations (logs, system updates, monitoring data), helping the team in tracking and improving productivity.

Intern requirements:

• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence tools and models, as well as interest in the practical application of AI technologies in IT operations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, technical documentation and materials, related to payments.
• Strong writing and documentation skills, ability to structure and present information clearly.
• English language skills at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication in international projects.
• Good organizational and time management skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networks, user support).
• Teamwork and communication skills, proactive approach to learning and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and organization of data and documents within the international project focused on AI HelpDesk automation, ensuringaccuracy and consistency of information.
• Assistance in preparation and processing payment-related documents, supporting the finance workflows. 
• Creation of user manuals and knowledge base articles, which will improve internal communication and efficiency in resolving IT issues.
• Contribution to writing, updating, and structuring technical documentation, making it clearer and easier to use for the infrastructure and development teams.
• Basic reportsng and documentation of IT operations (logs, system updates,monitoring data), helping the team track and improve performance.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of AI tools and models, as well as interest in practical application of AI technologies in IT operations.
