We are a company with our own IT department, which ensures the stable operation of internal systems, equipment and software. We are looking for an attentive and responsible assistant to support IT processes.

Responsibilities:

• Help in the daily work of the IT department.

• User support (basic helpdesk).

• Setting up workplaces (PCs, laptops, peripherals).

• Installing and updating software provision.

• Accounting of IT equipment and components.

• Help in eliminating basic technical malfunctions.

• Performing the tasks of the system administrator or head of the IT department.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of PC, Windows OS / macOS.

• Understanding the principles of computer technology and networks is an advantage.

• Attention, responsibility, willingness to learn.

• Ability to work with instructions and checklists.

• Experience is not required - on-site training.
