Philip Morris Ukraine, on behalf of its Partner, is looking for an IT Delivery Manager.ResponsibilitiesParticipate ina cross-functional product development process inaccordance toSAFe methodologyCollect, define and translate business/product objectives into detailed and understandable technical requirements, tasks ina backlog and distribute them toa development teamCommunicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders toelicit, clarify and prioritize requirementsSupport the product documentationSupport functionality through a full development lifecycle till production, proactively investigate and respond to any raising issues during development or UAT phases tomake sure everything isimplemented correctly, and all corner cases are coveredSupport the development team during daily routines and SCRUM ceremonies (stand-ups, plannings, retros, demos), remove impediments for the development teamRequirements:Bachelor/Master inBusiness, IT, orsimilar;2+years’ experience asaDelivery Manager/Technical Product Owner/IT Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst.Experience intransition business requirement into the accurate technical specifications for technical teamsExperience inproduct backlog management, project roadmap, activities planning &prioritizationStrong task management skills (sprint planning, tasks distribution, change requests tasks accomplishments monitoring etc.)Deep understanding ofprinciples and processes ofagile software developmentExperience ofworking with across-functional teamExcellent knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Draw.io (or similar);Experience working with low-code development technologies (e.g. Corezoid) will be a plusGreat organizational skills with the ability tothrive inademanding environment whilst juggling multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility tomotivate and influence teams without direct authorityWhat we offerOur success depends on our talented employees who come to work here every single day with a sensepurpose and an appetite for progress.
