IT Contract Management Specialist in Bank Millennium

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of contract provisions, consultations with the legal department
• Ensuring compliance of IT contracts with current legal regulations
• Planning and implementation of the contract management process with IT suppliers
• Cooperation with domestic and foreign suppliers of IT equipment and services in the field of contracts, orders, settlements
• Participation in the process selection of suppliers
• Preparing reports, valuations and analyzes (cyclical and ad-hoc)
• Cooperation with internal and external auditing bodies
• Serving internal clients in the implementation of their IT equipment and services needs

Requirements:

• Ability to prepare, verify and analyze records in contracts with IT suppliers
• Experience in planning and implementing the process of managing contracts with IT suppliers
• Experience in the supplier selection process (including preparing RFI/RFP)
• Knowledge of the market for IT products and services, including telecommunications services
• Very good knowledge of English at a level enabling current communication (verbal and written)
• Very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint , supported by practical experience
• Analytical skills
