IT Compliance Consultant in Digital Hub Warsaw at Bayer

The IT Compliance Consultant works under general supervision performing, executing, and contributing to Bayer’s reputation and shareholder value by continuously monitoring changes to Bayer directives and applicable external regulations. Identifies and resolves complex assignments while determining when problems should be escalated to a higher level. IT Compliance area focus is IT Security.

• Preferably University degree in science or information technology, or equivalent qualification
• Working knowledge of IT and specifically IT Security. Work experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance topics. Understanding of the concept of IT security controls, standard operating procedures, and the risk assessment process.
• Adept at communicating orally and in writing in English
• Ability to effectively collaborate with a global team
