We are currently looking for an IT Business Partner who interacts with clients included in the holding in matters of IT service provision and services. Ensures customer loyalty, performs all necessary tasks for the client. Finds an individual approach to each customer, maintains good relations (even after the completion of the project). Offers new services and products that affect the automation of the client's business processes. Functions of the department: Development of client relationships: • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. • Work on increasing client loyalty and satisfaction of their needs. Development of long-term IT strategies and client development plans. Conducting research: • Market research, trend and competitor analysis • Development of IT solution strategies for customers based on research. Implementation of effective customer service systems. Cooperation with other departments to improve products and services that may be of interest to customers. Requirements: Management of key customers: • Identifying customer needs and solving their problems related to the automation of business processes. • Developing cooperation strategies and increasing the volume of sales of the company's solutions. • Resolving conflicts and handling customer complaints that come to customers. Planning and protecting the customer's IT strategy: forming and agreeing with stakeholders on the client's IT strategy • supporting the implementation of the IT development strategy in the client's companies, monitoring the implementation of goals • determining and recording the client's business needs, planning the implementation of new initiatives • forming and protecting the client's operational IT budget • forming a list of IT services, that affect the continuity of the client's business processes • determination of the list and cost of IT services in accordance with the client's needs Development of client and partner relations: • coordination of MODUS X actions within the scope of client service - response to requests, problem solving and dispute settlement • quality control of the IT provided - services, response to quality reduction, control of restoration of the quality level determined by the contract • management of relationships with service providers and procurement of IT services from third parties Control of the implementation of IT solutions at the client: • portfolio management ofentities - control of the budget, terms and quality of the services provided • control of the rational involvement of IT resources within the limits of the development and implementation of the projects defined by the strategy • control of the effectiveness of the implemented IT solutions defined by the strategy, coordination of their further scaling and development • provision of service support for the implemented IT solutions according to the customer's needs, strategy and service level requirements. Initiate changes in processes, configurations, capacities and service availability for customers. Monitor operational IT performance indicators and inform customers about their changes. Skills: Communication skills: • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.•Ability to negotiate, handle objections and resolve complex issues.Technical, organizational knowledge and understanding of business processes:•Understanding of company products and services.•Knowledge of sales and customer service processes•Experience in negotiating various types of contracts for supply or purchase of IT services such as fixed price, T&M, hybrid, success based etc.Analytical skills: • Excellent analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of data and find insights • Ability to identify and understand trends in the IT services industry Preparation skills and giving presentations, public speaking experience. Organizational skills: • Attentive and meticulous attention to details and deadlines. • Ability to plan, manage tasks.
