We are currently looking for an IT Business Partner strong>, which will interact with clients included in the holding in matters of providing IT services.
Conditions'ties:
1. Management of key customers:
- Identifying customer needs and solving their problems related to the automation of business processes.
- Development of cooperation strategies and increasing the volume of sales of the company's solutions.

- Resolving conflicts and handling customer complaints received by customers.
2. Planning and protection of the client's IT strategy:
- forming and agreeing with stakeholders on the client's IT strategy
- supporting the implementation of the IT development strategy in the client's companies, monitoring the implementation of goals
< li>identifying and recording the client's business needs, planning the implementation of new initiatives- formation and protection of the client's operational IT budget
- formation of the list of IT services that affect the continuity of the client's business processes

- determining the list and cost of IT services according to the client's needs
3. Development of client and partnership relations:
- coordination of MODUS X actions within the scope of customer service - responding to requests, solving problems and settling disputes
- quality control of the provided IT services, response to quality reduction, control of restoration of the quality level defined by the contract
- management of relationships with service providers and procurement of IT services from third parties
4. Control of the implementation of IT solutions at the client:
- management of the project portfolio - control of the budget, terms and quality of the services provided
- control of the rational involvement of IT resources within the framework of the development and implementation of the projects defined by the strategy
- monitoring the effectiveness of implemented IT solutions defined by the strategy, coordinating their further scaling and development
- providing service support for implemented IT solutions in accordance with the needs of the client, its strategy and requirements for the level of service quality
5. Initiating changes in processes, configurations, capacities and availability of services for customers
6. Control of operational indicators of IT efficiency and informing customers about their changes
Requirements:
- Higher economic or technical education
- Experience in project sales, sales of IT solutions for the B2B sector
- Developed communication and analytical skills
- Preparation and presentation skills, experience in public speaking
- Organizational skills
- Autonomy and independence
