Job Title: IT Business Development Manager/IT Sales Manager (Mid to Senior Level)

Danavero Inc. is looking for Business Development Manager/
to join our development team. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership experience adn expertise in the creation of successful business strategies to achieve sales grow.

Responsibilities:


-Generating business leads, primarily through outbound channels.
-Conducting client research and identifying new business opportunities using platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, AngelList, Crunchbase, and other resources.
-Conducting online meetings with potential clients and partners.
-Negotiating, closing deals, and managing ongoing relationships with clients.
-Engaging and converting potential clients into leads.
-Gathering feedback from clients.
-Upselling to existing clients.
-Preparing commercial proposals and contracts.
-Using automation tools for cold outreach.
-Daily work with CRM.
-Conducting fundamental research on companies and contacts in target markets and target companies.
-Scheduling meetings with the sales team.


Requirements:


-At least 2 years of experience in sales/research/lead generation in the B2B market within the IT sector.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
-Experience with email/LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, etc.) and cold automation tools.
-Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both spoken and written).
-Organized and goal-oriented individual.
-Experience in negotiating with clients.
-Ability to conduct online meetings and presentations.
-Experience using platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, AngelList, and Crunchbase to find clients.
-Skills in preparing commercial proposals and contracts.
