IT business analyst (term contract for 1 year) in L’OREAL Ukraine /LOREAL Ukrayina

As an IT business analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our business goals and technical solutions based on ServiceNow, MicrosoftPowerPlatform, GoogleAppsheet. Your main responsibilities will be: analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, supporting Citizen developers and proposing innovative solutions, which meet the goals of our company. Key responsibilities: Analyze business processes and stakeholder requests, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify and document business priorities, objectives and constraints. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, requests for technical teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, project managers and SDM to ensure effective communication and implementation of solutions. Perform feasibility studies and assessments of potential impact and effectiveness to evaluate proposed solutions and recommend the most appropriate option. Conduct data analysis and create meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insight into key business metrics. Define and document system requirements, including data models, interfaces, and integration points. Support testing and quality assurance processes, including test case creation, test execution, and defect resolution. Assist in change management including user training, documentation and communication plans. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.Your Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Proven work experience as an IT business analyst or in a similar position in the technological field.
