BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR IT Business Analyst (Operations) FUNCTION: Information Digital Technology LOCATION: Plyuky PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Selection and analysis of business needs, development of a proposal for future improvements of IT systems and services, regular monitoring of the effectiveness of business processes and makes proposals for improving the performance of processes using IT tools Manage IT projects and initiatives to ensure compliance with budget, schedule and project scope Develop, support and review proposals for assigned projects and activities, including objectives, technologies, systems, data specifications, time frames, funding and staffing. Establishing and tracking the project's IT stages; managing and tracking unanticipated delays and changes in scope of tasks, managing change appropriately as needed. Creating and implementing project communication plans, providing status updates to staff and stakeholders. Collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends required to prepare project status reports on IT tasks. Represents the local IT team in major global IT projects. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES: Experience in IT project management; Excellent understanding of project management methodology; Ability to build effective relationships between the internal customer and the IT team; Active negotiation skills, excellent communication skills; Understanding of global IT standards; Excellent skills in organizing meetings.
