We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for the thorough analysis and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements of IT projects. The person in this position will play a key role in collecting and defining customer needs, as well as supporting pre-sales processes.

• At least 2 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in a software house or similar business environment
• Readiness to take up hybrid work (one day a week of stationary work in an office in Wrocław)
• Knowledge of business requirements collection and refinement techniques
• Ability to precisely identify and document requirements
• Very good knowledge and experience in working with JIRA, Office and Google Workspace
• Experience in working with the Agile methodology (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Ability to plan activities related to analysis stages such as identification, analysis, development of requirements
• Working with deadlines technical, allowing for efficient communication with the team and the client
• Knowledge of IT tools and technologies and current trends in the industry
• Experience in modeling business processes using e.g. BPMN, UML or other notation
• Knowledge of business process optimization issues
• Experience in conducting design workshops
• Proactivity and development orientation
• Ability to effectively cooperate in a team

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Polish and English (min. C1)
