Our project is focused on the implemented HRM system and its integration with ERP and other systems of the customer, optimization of business processes and creation of effective business solutions. We are looking for a professional who will help us in the development and implementation of new solutions, as well as in the improvement of existing processes.

Working conditions:

• Mon-Fri from 10:00 to 18:00

Professional knowledge and skills:

• Deep understanding basics of IT architecture
• Mastery of data analysis tools
• Business process modeling in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
• Ability to determine business needs and find optimal solutions
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience with REST API
• Documentation and description of requirements
• Analytical thinking, proactive and communication

Will be a plus:

• Experience with HR systems

< b> Your responsibilities:

• Writing and maintaining complex project documentation
• Participation in the design, development, testing and acceptance of the final product/solution
• AS IS business process description and TO BE process modeling (flow diagrams, UML models, BPMN, etc.)
• Participation in stakeholder meetings
• Documenting meetings and creating project artifacts
