AsaBusiness Analyst, you’ll beresponsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements, designing and implementingIT solutions, managing and tracking projects, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping upwith the latest trends and technologies. This position also plays avital role inbridging the gap between the business and the technical personnel within aproject team, helping the company achieve its goals. The candidate must have adeep understanding ofbig data and product development technologies. The candidate also must beable towork effectively with technical teams todesign and implement solutions that meet the business requirements, while also considering the unique challenges and opportunities ofthe ITB2B industry. Responsibilities: Interacting with businesses and developers from the design stage toimplementation, quality control toproject closure Translating business ideas into clearly structured requirements Formalization, documentation, and visualization ofrequirements Interacting with the development team during project implementation Developing and maintaining documentation: analyzing data and providing results using SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets; maintaining and updating version control documentation Developing aproject plan and tracking the progress ofthe project (control ateach stage) Conduct in-depth analysis for business-optimization projects Perform systematic business analysis and develop innovative digital solutions that align with business/operation needs Build anentire project lifecycle from concept toimplementation Provide appropriate feedback toresolve existing technical issues regarding projects Tocomplete tasks, you will need: 5+years ofexperience inbusiness analysis , design and implementation, and quality control ofsoftware applications (inasimilar position atasoftware development company) Experience inmanaging complex projects involving multiple cross-functional and distributed teams Expertise in creating and describing different types ofrequirements (e.g., business, user, system, transition requirements, etc.) Technical background Experience with big data technologies and tools . Ability tocommunicate effectively with all levels ofpersonnel toidentify problems and propose solutions Experience inplanning and conductingQA testing Experience intranslating business requirements into accurate technical specifications for the development team Experience intask management (sprint planning, task distribution, change monitoring, requests) Good knowledge ofthe software development lifecycle Experience with DBMS: anexcellent understanding ofdatabases using SQL query tools ; Anunderstanding of API design principles Experience with Jira and Confluence Technical documentation skills : writing documentation for the full development cycle, aswell asfunctional requirements, using Use Cases, data visualization tools Higher education inthe field ofIT/ Applied systems analysis/ Cybernetics Ability tooptimize software solutions through research, analysis ofbusiness processes and procedures, and implementation Advanced English (Russian/Ukrainian proficiency ishighly preferable) Soft skills: Analytical, critical, and systematic thinking Rapid learning ofnew information Ability tonegotiate conflict-free; ability tocompromise Excellent oral and written communication skills Team player Ability towork inconditions with alack ofinformation; adaptable tochanges Proactive, result-oriented, responsible Weoffer: Competitive compensation, which will take into account the experience and skills ofthe candidate.
