IT business analyst in Nova Digital

The Ukrainian IT company Nova Digital, which is part of the NOVA group of companies, is a powerful manufacturer of web applications and software for architectures of any complexity and load on them 

What will you do:

• Collection and analysis of user requirements and business processes for the development of software and information systems
• Development of documentation, including requirements specifications, business process diagrams and other necessary materials
• Collaboration with team leaders and stakeholders for ensuring the successful implementation of tasks and projects
• Testing software for compliance with requirements and identifying errors
• Supporting users and solving technical problems
• Creating and publishing release notes
• Monitoring of market trends and innovations in the field of business analysis in IT

About you:

• 3+ years of experience as an IT business analyst
• Deep understanding of business processes and requirements analysis methods
• Ability to work with various stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Experience using project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Power Point, Excel, Google Workplace)
• Proficiency in English at least B1
• Expert level of analytical skills
• < p>Understanding REST API, experience in HTTP clients (e.g. Postman)

• Experience in the field of logistics\information will be an advantage
• Knowledge of technical aspects of software development
