IT Business Analyst in Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza

The AGH University of Science and Technology is looking for a person as an IT business analyst whose skills and knowledge will complement the staff of the Implementation Management Center - a unit belonging to the AGH UST IT Sector implementing IT projects in the organization. We provide services for the digital transformation of the University and support management processes, in particular through the management of computerization projects. We gather project managers and specialists in the field of digital transformation. Therefore, we need an analysis specialist among our team.

Requirements for candidates:

1. secondary education or higher,
2. minimum 2 years of experience in business and system analysis for the purpose of implementation projects IT solutions,
3. ability to cooperate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, identify the need to introduce changes,
4. ability to cooperate with development teams,
5. participation in the implementation of user acceptance tests final,
6. knowledge and ability to apply BPMN 2.0 and UML process modeling notations in practice,
7. knowledge of issues related to business process automation,
8. creating documentation for business requirements and system, including modeling and optimization of business processes,
9. knowledge of English at the level of free use of technical documentation,
10. ability to learn quickly, readiness to undertake training related to the work performed, < /li>
11. responsibility and reliability in performing assigned duties,
12. ability to organize one's own work and effective communication.

Additionally:

1. experience in the functioning of public institutions welcome,
2. experience in implementation welcome solutions related to document flow or SAP.
