It is important for us:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills;
• Understanding the software development process (SDLC);
• Experience of participation in software development/improvement;
• Experience in communicating with clients (conducting a survey, forming and introducing the necessary requirements, conducting presentations);
• Experience in writing technical specifications (ToR or SRS) for IT projects;
• Experience in developing product project documentation;
• Ability to model business processes and identify problems;
• Experience with task management systems (JIRA) and documentation management (Confluence);
• Experience with REST API, Postman, JSON, XML;
• Experience in UI/UX prototyping;
• Experience with relational databases (SQL queries, database structures);
• Knowledge of Creatio CRM.

Will be a plus:

• Work experience in product companies;
• Understanding and ability to perform system analysis.

Main duties:

• Analysis and coordination of business requirements with the customer;
• Formalization of requirements, writing of requirements specifications, formation of TK/User Stories and presentation of tasks to the development team;
• Maintenance of requirements specifications during the software development cycle (interaction with designers, developers, testers);
• Maintaining requirements in an up-to-date state;
• Acceptance of completed works and presentation of the developed functionality to the customer;
• Writing documentation and instructions for working with new functionality.
