We are expanding our team, so we are currently looking for an IT Business Analyst.
What will you do
- Collection and analysis of user requirements and business -processes for the development of software and information systems
- Development of documentation, including requirements specifications, business process diagrams and other necessary materials
- Collaboration with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of tasks and projects
- Software testing for compliance and bug detection
- User support and technical problem solving
- Creating and publishing release notes
- Monitoring market trends and innovations in the field of business analysis in IT
About you
- 3+ years of experience as an IT business analyst
- Deep understanding of business processes and requirements analysis methods
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and communicate effectively
- Experience use of project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Power Point, Excel, Google Workplace)
- English language proficiency not lower than B1
- Expert level of analytical skills
- Understanding of REST API, experience in HTTP clients (e.g. Postman)
Would be an advantage< /p>
- Experience in the field of logistics\information will be an advantage
- Knowledge of technical aspects of software development
