IT Business Analyst in Web Design Sun

We are looking for a Middle / Senior Business Analyst who wants to work with real business problems of clients, be involved in product development from the stage of requirements formation to release and develop together with the team. border.


What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in the position of Business Analyst in outsource IT
• Experience in gathering and describing requirements (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases)
• Understanding SDLC and roles in a cross-functional team
• Basic understanding of UX approaches and user scenarios
• Experience with: Teamwork, Notion, Google Workspace or similar tools
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level or above
• Professional courses in Business Analysis or related areas

Will be a plus:

• Experience in creating BPMN / UML diagrams (draw.io, Lucidchart, etc.)
• Prototyping skills (Balsamiq, Figma or similar) tools)
• Experience of working with projects in the domains of SaaS, CRM, Ecommerce

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of business needs of clients and collection of requirements from stakeholders
• Formalization of requirements: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, project documentation
• Modeling of processes and user flows (BPMN, UML / user flows)
• Participation in the formation of scope and roadmap together with the PM and the team
• Broadcasting requirements to the team and support during development

• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and with multiple tasks
