IT Business Analyst in IS SITI, TOV

We are looking for an ITBusiness Analyst for our team.

It is important for us:

• Experience as an IT Business Analyst from 1st year
• Ability to formalize requirements and think in categories of processes, roles, data and integrations
• Ability to create diagrams BPMNandUse Casesand User Stories style="font-weight: 700; font-style: inherit">technical documentation
• Understanding UX fundamentals and ability to optimize the user journey (web/mobile)
• Skills in working with Jiraand Confluence
• Basic knowledge of SQL, API, and monolithic architecture will be an advantage
• Experience in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)

In our team you will:

• Collect, specify, structure and analyze business requirements
• Form technical tasks for software development, including text and visual part
• Analyze and optimize existing business processes
• Build BPMN diagrams for process modeling, ERD (Entity Relationship Diagrams) for structure databases, Use Case diagrams to visualize scenarios of user interaction with the system
• Form technical tasks, using Use Cases, User Stories and acceptance criteria
• Create interface prototypes in cooperation with a designer
• Interact with internal customers, dev team and architects
• Maintain documentation in Confluenceand manage tasks via Jira
• Participate in Scrum events: sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives
