IT Business - analyst in Global Logistics

Empire National INC is an international logistics company specializing in the provision of services for the organization of transport and delivery of goods throughout the USA and Europe.
Our IT department develops several ERP systems, applications and websites, we create and expand our own ecosystem, actively integrate other services.
We are looking for a qualified and active IT Business Analyst to join the team.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders company, collect, analyze and document business requirements

- Develop business and functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, user flow
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers and developers throughout the SDLC
- Communicate from the development team by participating in meetings and grooming sessions
- Model business processes using BPMN/UML and flowcharts - desirable, but not necessary

Tools we use in our work:

• Figma, Miro, ClickUp, Notion, Slack

Methodologies:

• Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

Work schedule hybrid:

• 10.00-14.00 remotely

• 15.00-19.00 at the company office, Vasylkivska.
  *We do not consider completely remote work.

Our expectations:

• Experience as a business analyst in IT or in a similar position from 1-2 years

• Understanding the principles of web and mobile applications

• Understanding the principles of working with APIs

• English language - B1 and above

• Analytical thinking, skills to structure information

• Communication and work in team
