IT Business Analyst in Integrity Vision

Integrity Vision is a Ukrainian IT company that is part of in the TOP-5 system integrators of Ukraine.

We are looking for a person with a desire for new knowledge and overcoming challenges (in other words, we need a person who is ready to find solutions , don't hesitate to ask clarifying questions until the answer is found, we will create all the conditions for the possibility of onboarding a new person by appointing a mentor for the first time who will conduct onboarding according to the processes).

What to do in this position:

• work with requirements, detail them;

• build business processes, display them, details on schemes;

• draw up requirements specifications for software development;

• assign tasks to developers and control software changes to match business processes;

• prepare documents for the transfer of new and existing updated banking products for further testing and implementation

• provide recommendations for testing the finished product;

• participate in all stages of the development life cycle, from concept to delivery.

Our expectations:

• work experience in a similar position: at least 2 years;

• work experience in a Bank or in an IT company;

• mastering the theoretical foundations of business analysis and requirements management, the ability to apply them in practice;

• possession of practical skills in using modern business analysis tools (CamundaBPM, Visio, Business Studio, Miro, Axure, Sigma, Balsamiq, etc.);

• confident mastery of basic process modeling notations (BPMN, UML, IDEF);

• knowledge of the principles of object-oriented programming;

• knowledge of relational DBMS (Oracle, PostrgeSQL); • understanding of Client-server and Microservices architecture;

• basic knowledge of SOAP and REST, XML and JSON, Groovy (or Java), SQL;

• experience of participation in web and mobile application development projects; • description of front-end, back-end, CORE requirements.

It will be a plus:

• work experience in the banking sector, FinTech, knowledge of banking processes (in particular, processes related to retail card products);

• possession of the theoretical foundations of accounting and management accounting in Ukrainian banks;

• understanding of typical interactions of DBO systems with other systems in the Bank's IT landscape (ABS, CRM, etc.);

• knowledge of modern information systems development management methodologies (Scrum / Kanban / LeSS / SAFe);

• work experience in the implementation / refinement of Core systems.
