IT Business Analyst in Web Design Sun

Web Design Sun is a software development company that was founded in 2012 and has been working remotely since day one. We provide a wide range of web development solutions: Web/Cloud Apps, SaaS, CRM, ERP, Ecommerce and others. The company is at the top of Clutch, GoodFirms and Upwork ratings.

We are looking for a Business Analyst for a Middle position.

What is important to us:

• Experience as a Business Analyst from 1 year in outsource IT

• Upper Intermediate - Advanced English

• Experience in drawing up a Roadmap with a detailed scope of work and SRS

• Prototyping skills - balsamiq and others, questionnaires, surveys, analysis of existing documentation, competitors, creation of BPMN notation, UML diagrams using draw.io, LucidChart and others

• Knowledge of requirements identification methods, conducting researches, experience with Use Cases and User Story: Features and Acceptance Criteria

• Basic understanding of UX and SDLC

• Basic knowledge of Figma

• Experience with G suite/MS Office, Jira/Teamwork/Notion

What will have to be done:

• Development of requirements for the future product based on data from process participants: customers, team, end users

• Analysis of business needs and customer requirements

• Application of various methodologies and notations: prototyping, questionnaires, surveys, brainstorming, analysis of existing documentation, competitors, creation of BPMN notation, UML diagrams

• Formalization of requirements (distribution of business requirements, functional, non-functional, requirements specification writing)

• Building a Roadmap with a detailed scope of work

• Broadcasting requirements from the client to the team

• Effective interaction with the team and clients, the ability to clearly convey information and understand the needs of others

• Attention and concentration when gathering requirements and creating documentation

• Ability to objectively evaluate information, analyze data and make informed decisions

• Ability to effectively multitask and switch between projects

• Activity and initiative in generating new ideas and solutions

• Effective planning and allocation of time to complete tasks within the established deadlines
