IT Business Analyst (1 year contract) in L'Oréal

Ready for a great international challenge within the n.1 beauty tech company in the world?  As  IT Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technical solutions based on ServiceNow, Microsoft PowerPlatform, Google Appsheet. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, support Citizen developers and propose innovative solutions that align with our company's goals. Key Responsibilities:  Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying areas of improvement and optimization. Conduct in-depth requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to elicit and document business needs, objectives, and constraints. Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and use cases for technical teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, project managers and SDMs, to ensure effective communication and implementation of solutions. Perform feasibility studies and impact assessments to evaluate proposed solutions and recommend the most suitable approach. Conduct data analysis and create meaningful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide insights into key business metrics. Identify and document system requirements, including data models, interfaces, and integration points. Support the testing and quality assurance processes, including test case creation, test execution, and defect resolution. Assist in change management activities, including user training, documentation, and communication plans. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. Help with IT/business digitalization by adoption of Citizen Development in organization. (e.g. Support Citizen Developers by having dedicated mentoring sessions to overcome issues with Citizen development in ServiceNow and Microsoft PowerPlatform or Google AppSheet; support communication in Citizen dev community by answering questions, providing required materials) Your Background:  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven environment. Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills and English proficiency Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft PowerPlatform, Google Appsheet apps creation in business analyst or developer role will be a benefit, PowerPoint for Business/IT process formalization Familiarity with project management principles and tools is a plus.
