Invites for a vacancy IT Auditor or Manager of internal control and analysis of IT systems Key tasks: 1. Analysis and visualization of architecture and data flows: Analysis of the architecture of information systems (what data is stored in which master directories, through which interfaces data is entered and edited, master-slave relationships between directories, as built automatic and manual migration of data in systems and between systems); Visualization of the architecture of systems and data flows in a simple, visually understandable form; Tracking of large-scale changes in information systems to update the understanding of the architecture and identify potential threats to data integrity. 2. Analysis of risks of loss of data quality Analysis of data quality in directories, duplication of data, reliability of the data entry process Analysis of the causes of integration and data exchange errors: Analysis of data integrity risks in systems: 3. Analysis of the speed and power of the systems: the reasons for the impossibility of generating reports for a certain period (limitation of bandwidth), the potential for accelerating the generation of reports; 4. Development of recommendations: understanding the root causes of problems, development of recommendations to minimize risks and optimize the work of IT systems, drawing up reports with recommendations for eliminating identified problems; further monitoring of the implementation of recommendations. 5. Help in downloading data from systems, their analysis. Requirements: 1. Experience in performing similar tasks + conducting IT audits2. Ability to receive data from various IT systems, including databases, OLAP cubes, etc.3. Communication skills: the ability to ask questions, find out the root causes of errors, the ability to convey information on how to correct and eliminate problems. 4. Professional knowledge: SQL, understanding of PHP, 1C (including programming language). Experienced user of MS Excel (PIVOT tables, VB macros). Zabbix or alternative monitoring systems.
