IT Area Lead II - Card Area Form of employment: employment contract Salary: PLN 25,000 - 31,000 gross per month Location: Warsaw or Katowice (stationary or hybrid work - 2 days a week in the office) Unit: CIO Division, Operational Applications Tribe​ About the team: The Operational Applications Tribe in the CIO Division is responsible for the development and maintenance of applications supporting operational processes in the bank. Our portfolio includes systems such as the bank's central system, customer knowledge center, customer onboarding processes, data warehouse, AI, workflow and document circulation systems, as well as card applications. We are looking for an experienced manager for the card team, with experience in banking and working with the development and maintenance of highly available systems. The card team is engaged in the maintenance and development of the card ecosystem: management of cards and tokens, processing of cards and mobile transactions, authentication of cardholders in the case of card payments, e-commerce, cooperation with payment organizations (VISA, MC), cooperation with organizations dealing with personalization (Tales, IDEMIA).
