• Has at least 5 years of experience as a SW Developer (preferably .Net)
• Has experience in team management.
• Has very good technological knowledge and understands business needs.
• Has skills in designing IT systems (design, integration) and has planning skills.
• Has programming experience and knowledge of CI/CD in .Net and Azure technologies
• Knows design patterns, good and bad architectural practices.
• Possesses motivational and leadership skills.

• Understands system dependencies at a high level.
• Knows English at B2/C1 level.
• Knowledge of: .Net framework, Atlassian stack (Jira), Azure.
