IT architect/ Enterprise Architecture Analyst in MODUS X

Now we have separated into a separate company to share our experience and expertise externally, remaining an IT support for those who bring light and contribute to the recovery of the country.

We are currently looking for an IT architect to join the transformation of a complex IT landscape of one of the largest private companies of Ukraine, its further digitization using modern technologies and approaches.

Functions of the department:
1. Maximizing business benefits from IT investments.
2. Increasing the efficiency of IT.
3. Reduction of losses from uncoordinated IT planning and development, implementation of approved Business and IT strategies.
4. Ensuring proper risk management of the company's IT architecture.
5. Increasing the efficiency of communication between experts and managers of both IT and business due to the use of unified documents and diagrams of the IT architecture of the enterprise.

Requirements:
-Inventory and description of the elements of the current enterprise architecture (business processes, IT systems, information entities, etc.)
-Development, updating and validation of schemes of the current and target architecture of the enterprise.
-Interaction with project teams in the framework of description and validation of architectural descriptions of IT projects:< br/>— business requirements/business processes;
— functional requirements and their decomposition;
— non-functional requirements;
— processed information/data;
— Integration schemes of implemented/ of improved IT systems;
—selected IT technologies and principles of construction and operation of implemented IT systems;
—Completeness, compatibility, and reasonableness of prepared business requirements and adopted architectural decisions;
—Identification of project risks.

Skills:

-Understanding business processes in several industries (banking, telecom, energy, etc.);
-Participation in IT projects in various business domains: ERP, CRM, Core Banking, Billing, Marketing, DWH, etc.;
-Experience in collecting and decomposing functional and non-functional requirements;
-Understanding approaches to software development and building complex IT systems;
-Understanding the principles of IT project management and project methodologies.
-Practical experience in the development of schemes, including the use of UML and BPML notations;
-Basic understanding of the principles and requirements of information security and business continuity;
< br/>Desirable
-Experience in managing complex IT projects in the role of an architect/consultant;
-Experience in identifying and managing various project risks; -Knowledge and understanding of solution/enterprise architectural patterns is desirable;
-Experience in the development and configuration of business process automation software is desirable;
-Orientation in a wide range of IT technologies, including cloud computing and containerization ;
-Programming experience;
Experience in analyzing and describing elements of the current and target architecture of the IT landscape (business processes,functionality, IT systems and their integrations);
