IT analyst (ERP system, microservices) in Linkos Group

We are building a modern ERP system, which began its journey as a monolith, but is currently actively transforming into a hybrid architecture with microservices. Our stack includes Docker, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Redis, Prometheus, Grafana, and more. We don't just refactor - we rethink. Each service is born with its own logic, API, monitoring and even personal nostalgia.

What will be the focus of your role:

• Analysis and formalization of business requirements for new and existing ERP modules (finance, document flow, reporting, integration).
• Modeling of service architecture and data exchange between them.
• Interaction with developers, DevOps, architects to agree functionality, interfaces and technical limitations.
• Creation of specifications, diagrams (BPMN, UML), user story, acceptance criteria.
• Development support: implementation review for compliance with requirements, participation in QA stages.

Expectations from candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a systems analyst (preferably in ERP/CRM/corporate systems).
• Experience with microservice or hybrid architecture.
• Understanding the principles of REST, CI/CD.
• Experience describing APIs, designing integrations.
• Ability to work with technical documentation, write clearly for developer.
• Knowledge of SQL at the level of reading queries, understanding of data structure.
• Ability to dialogue with the customer, technical teams, QA.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of BPMN/UML/Archimate.
• Understanding the principles of operation of message brokers (RabbitMQ).
• Experience migration from monolith to microservices.
• Work in a team using Agile (Scrum / Kanban).
• Knowledge of Jira / Confluence.
• Experience of using LOW-CODE platforms and constructors.
• Knowledge of JS, HTML.
• Experience of developing or testing WEB applications.
