We are Nectain, an AI-powered, expert-driven leader in Document Management Systems (DMS), with a strong ambition to become the leading provider in the US market. We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven IT Analyst to join our innovative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on transformative projects within a dynamic environment, either from our Kyiv office or remotely.

Responsibilities:

Client Domain Analysis: Analyze and understand the client’s business domain to identify requirements and opportunities for process automation.

• Client Communication: Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and structure requirements, ensuring clear understanding and documentation.

• Technical Specifications: Write detailed technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, and manage project tasks within Jira and Confluence.

• Requirements Alignment: Coordinate with clients to agree on technical tasks and specifications.

• Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of solutions that can be developed using our low-code platform, and guide the development of custom solutions where necessary.

• Developer Coordination: Set tasks for developers and support the development process, particularly in areas that require custom development beyond the capabilities of the low-code platform.

• Testing & Support: Participate in the development of test plans and support functional testing. Provide implementation support and training to client specialists.

• Ongoing Client Support: Offer analytical support to clients, including participating in the resolution of issues as part of 3rd level support.

Required Skills:

Business Analysis Expertise: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of business analysis and requirements management.

• Automation and Optimization: Understanding of automation and optimization principles for business processes.

• Experience: At least 4 years of experience in business process analysis and automation across various business domains.

• Modeling Tools: Proficiency in business process modeling tools (UML, BPMN).

• Low-Code Platform Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing solutions using any low-code platform, including scripting for business logic.

• Integration Solutions: Experience in analyzing and implementing integration solutions across different systems.

• Development Methodologies: Knowledge of modern methodologies for managing information systems development.

• Education: A higher education degree in economics, technology, information technology, or a related analytical field.
• Independence and Responsibility: Ability and willingness to take responsibility and complete tasks independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Camunda BPM Engine Experience: Experience with the BPM Engine Camunda.

• Basic JavaScript Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of JavaScript.

• Database Management: Experience with industrial relational DBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server).

• BI Tools: Experience with business intelligence (BI) tools.

Language Proficiency:

English: C1 or higher, with the ability to read and comprehend technical documentation, communicate effectively with international team members, and engage in clear and professional communication with clients.
