Basic requirements for the candidate: higher education; knowledge of the English language at the intermediate level - confident conversational + correspondence Work experience as an IT specialist/system administrator from 2 years Knowledge of the principles of server equipment (dedicated server, Iaas, cloud server) Knowledge of basic network technologies and the ability to make settings Ability to work with remote administration tools; Work experience in configuring mail clients; Work experience and ability to solve problems with the local network, the Internet, computers, laptops, servers and telephony. Main functional duties: Provide technical support to users remotely and on-site (as needed). Installation, configuration and support of computer equipment (laptops, server cabinets, printers, scanners, etc.) Identifying and correcting technical problems with software (operating systems, office programs) Solving problems with the Internet network, if any occur.
