We are looking for an experienced IT administrator to customize and maintain the informational infrastructure of a medium-sized fully remote non-tech company. As the company's key technical specialist, you will be responsible for user support as well as actively participating in the creation, improvement and automation of company processes in close cooperation with the Operations and Quality departments.Key responsibilities:Ensure the smooth operation of internal systems in a remote environment (Bitrix24, Zoho Projects, Google Drive, 3CX and others)Setting up and improvement of business processes in Bitrix24Maintain an adequate level of data securityTechnical onboarding/offboarding of new employees (granting access, user support)Support of internal users (prompt response to requests, troubleshooting)Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for entrusted processesQualifications:Proven experience with similar tasks from 3 yearsStrong working written English with good communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProactivity and an ownership mindsetStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPatience and a positive, customer-centric attitudeAvailability to work in EST time zone (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. New York time)What we offer:Work schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. New York time (part-time employment negotiable)Freelance contractFixed salaryWeekly payroll on Wise10 days of paid vacation per yearRemote work from anywhere in the world About Koscom Cable Inc.We are an authorized contractor in the US working over 15 states.
