What to do:

• take care of IQOS users: advise on products and services, solve problems, help with purchases; 
• interact through incoming and outgoing calls and chats;
• record customer reviews.

• lives in Cherkasy or the suburbs, wants to work in an office;
• polite, intelligent, kind to people, open to dialogue;
• not afraid of stressful situations and ready to solve a problem quickly, but carefully;
• competently communicates in Ukrainian (foreigners will be an advantage!);
• confidently speaks PK.
