What you need to do:

• take care of IQOS users: advise on products and services, decide problems, help with shopping; 
• interact through incoming and outgoing calls and chats;
• record customer reviews.

• lives in Kyiv or the suburbs, wants to work in an office;
• polite, intelligent, kind to people, open to dialogue;
• not afraid of stressful situations and is ready to quickly but carefully solve the problem;
• competently communicates in the Ukrainian language (foreigners will be an advantage!);
• confidently knows PK.
