Advertising agency invites supervisors to cooperate with a tobacco company.

Main duties:

• selection and staffing of the team, training, evaluation and motivation of personnel;
• reporting;
• accounting of project materials;
• visits "to the fields" - drawing up personnel schedules, trips to cities, audits of personnel work in stores points;
• providing and checking reports.

• compensation level — for a trial period of UAH 26,000/month. after the probationary period UAH 28,000/month;

Requirements:

• availability of a car and the possibility of traveling to regional centers (Kropivnytskyi, Smila, Oleksandria);
• availability of similar experience from 2 years;
• knowledge of MS Office;
• stress resistance, determination, responsibility, communication skills;
• skills of conducting presentations and trainings;
• experience in team management.
