1. Work with PBX based on Asterisk is a key direction

  • full administration and configuration of Asterisk;

  • setting and optimization of call routing, IVR, queues, SIP trunks, rules set;

  • monitoring the availability and stability of telephony, keeping logs, analyzing incidents and troubleshooting;

  • implementation and support of PBX integrations with CRM, HelpDesk, Jira Service Management and other internal systems;

  • ensuring the security of the VoIP infrastructure (SIP authentication, password policy, protection from attacks);

  • optimization of telephony expenses and work with providers.

2. Administration of corporate platforms
