Job DescriptionPosition: IP Litigation Paralegal (Global Law Firm)Location: Midtown, New York City (Hybrid)Company: AM 100 Law FirmComp Package: Base salary up to $115K, Paid Overtime, Bonus, Full Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K+, etc.Responsibilities for IP Litigation Paralegal:Assist attorneys on matters from beginning through trial or arbitrationManage attorney case record including correspondence, memos, pleadings and client documentsMonitor deadlines by maintaining and coordinating calendarsPrepare witness files, compile/organize exhibits and arrange the technical logistics with court reporting agenciesResponsible for assembling and organizing the exhibits and supporting documents as well as arranging for filing with the court and serving on all partiesResearch prior testimony and publicationsOversee and execute complex case managementObtain information and materials from IP vendors and government agencies, such as the US Patent & Trademark OfficeCompile information necessary to respond to interrogatories and document requestsResponsible for collecting and producing client documentsQualifications for IP Litigation Paralegal: 3+ years of Litigation experience required; IP experience preferredBachelor’s degree requiredStrong proficiency with litigation support applications, i.e. Relativity, Concordance, Summation, etc. Prior experience with setting up war rooms and managing case activityWillingness to travel and work overtime, as needed#ZRPowered by JazzHRtqfXmyij69 Show more Show less Должностной уровень Молодой специалист Тип занятости Полный рабочий день Должностные обязанности Юриспруденция Отрасли Кадровое обеспечение и подбор персонала
