Necessary skills: — Ability to organize remote access, familiarity with local network equipment; —Experience of IT Chitelecom corporate environment with appropriate document flow and structure; —Experience of interaction with security structures, regime access; —Knowledge of IT security rules and information protection procedures. Functional duties:—Check, diagnose and analyze equipment problems; —Install and configure operating systems, drivers and software; —Analyze hardware problems with laptops;—Keeping records of IT equipment; —Organize optimal logistics and fast delivery of equipment;—Interact with accounting, quickly form Acts and reports. Additionally: — Mobility, availability of category B rights, own car (preferably); — Accommodation in Kyiv; —Knowledge of the English language (preferred), to read the relevant documentation; —Certain health level: Ability to move fragile light equipment.
