How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• develop new functionality and maintain the existing one
• personally responsible for the quality of the code
• solve technical and business tasks of large volume and complexity
• actively participate in the discussion of proposals to improve the business and technical state of the code
• analyze the causes and find solutions to production incidents
• conduct Code Review within the team
• participate in the discussion with the team of future tasks, goals and challenges at work
• maintain current requirements for the functional
• have a desire to exchange expertise, and, if necessary, mentor teammates

Challenges for three months:
• mastering approaches to designing and writing code within the company
• independently develop new functionality within the expected time frame
• actively participate in the decomposition of technical and business initiatives
• continuously improve the quality of code on the project

To achieve results, you will need:

• from 5 years of commercial experience as an iOS Engineer
• experience writing markup in UIKit from code, SwiftUI
• reactive programming (Combine)
• experience and desire to write unit tests
• experience working with code in a team (gitflow, code review), and working with version control systems
• experience working on a product with a large number of active users (collection analytics, app stability metrics, A/B testing)

How do you regulate your working hours?
• can you plan independentlyyou own your work schedule, however, to be efficient,
we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 to 16:00
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
