Iнженер IMS/ IMS Core Engineer in ZTE, corporation

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementation of the IMS system.
• Commissioning, management of the acceptance testing process IMS systems.
• Integration of IMS elements with other voice and packet network elements.
• Testing of new functions and their introduction into commercial use.
• Operation and maintenance of IMS , change management, software updates, carrying out routine work.
• Processing requests regarding the functioning of the IMS system (Customer service requests).

Necessary qualifications and experience :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or engineering.
• From 2 years of practical experience working with CS or PS networks.
< li>Understanding of voice call flow over 2G/3G/VoLTE.
• Troubleshooting and trace analysis experience.
• Knowledge of general mobile network architecture: MSC/MGW, IMS, HLR/HSS, MME/SGSN, PGW/GGSN, billing.
• Knowledge of protocols: Diameter, ISUP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SIP, H.248, SCCP, SIGTRAN, CAMEL.
• Understanding the basics of the TCP/IP stack, analysis of Wireshark dumps.
• Basic experience in UNIX or LINUX system administration
• Practical experience in troubleshooting mobile networks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment while simultaneously managing multiple projects and deadlines with the ability to recognize and adjust priorities as needed..

• Understanding of mobile carrier technology: MSC/MGW, IMS, HLR /HSS, MME/SGSN, PGW/GGSN, billing systems.
• Protocols knowledge: Diameter, ISUP, CAP, TCAP, MAP, SIP, H.248, SCCP, SIGTRAN, CAMEL.
• TCP/IP networking basics (routing, analysising network captures, etc.)
• Basic UNIX or LINUX systems administration experience
• Troubleshooting and fault detection. Proactive and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines in parallel with ability to recognize and adjust priorities as required.
