Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in working with customers and a high culture of communication.
• Skills business negotiations and the ability to work with complex situations.
• A confident PC user; experience in 1C, Bitrix, CRM.
• Customer orientation and the ability to work for the quality of service.
• Persistence, attention to details and perseverance.

Will be an advantage:

• Higher education, in particular law — desirable.

• Understanding investment instruments (investment contracts, forward contracts, derivatives, etc.).

• Basic knowledge of technologies and materials in construction.

• Experience of working in a similar position or in a service with a high level of responsibility.

Main duties:

• Supporting the investor on at all stages of interaction — from the preparation of the contract to the transfer of ownership rights.
• Preparation and arrangement of a package of documents for the fixed project: contracts, invoices, additional agreements and other necessary documentation.
• Working with receivables: payment reminders, communication with clients regarding terms and payment terms.
• Processing of incoming requests (calls, messages, applications) and consulting clients.
• Organization of the process of transfer of property rights: coordination with a notary, preparation of documents, control of final procedures.
• Interaction with the legal department, accounting, AMC and other departments in order to ensure the continuity of processes.
• Fixation and transmission of feedback from investors to improve the quality of service.
