Investor Relations Manager in Eddy LMS

Hey, Eddy LMS is a Ukrainian educational startup designed to facilitate and modernize the educational process.

We have created not only a quality platform, but a full-fledged educational ecosystem with more than a hundred different functions for teachers, students and parents. Our team digitizes and brings online everything related to education. Hundreds of educational institutions across the country are already using our product and their number is constantly increasing - so we are expanding.

We are looking for an experienced and professional specialist, who will take the position of investor relationship manager with experience in the startup environment, who will be responsible for ensuring the company's strategic positioning on the market and will be responsible for managing relations between the company's corporate management and its investors.


Main duties:

• Development of a reliable strategy and structure of interaction with investors.
• Creation of an undeniable reputation and its management by demonstrating consistent and clear interaction with investors.
• Development of investor confidence in the company's vision and strategy.

• Providing market activity insights and presenting them to the management team.
• Analyzing and presenting financial trends, competitor behavior, investor issues and other factors that may affect the business.
• Finding and establishing contacts with venture capital funds to attract investment.
• Identifying and participating in appropriate acceleration programs for the startup.
• Preparing documentation and reports, participating in investment events, conferences and meetings with potential investors.
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional experience in investor relations, corporate development, corporate strategy, strategic consulting, business development, investment banking or similar experience in senior positions.
• Higher education in relevant field.MBA,CFA,ACCA will be an advantage.
• Successful experience in fundraising for startups will be an advantage.
• Expert in project planning and execution.

• Exceptional skills in strategic and financial analysis, as well as financial modeling.
• High presentation and reporting skills for senior management.
• Proficiency in English at a confident level (B2- C1).
• Understanding the specifics of the startup environment and the dynamics of the development of young companies.
