Our employee in this position:

• Evaluates investment projects of the "small" and "medium" category
• Monitors investment projects, identifies reasons for deviations from planned indicators
• Responsible for the process of improving the investment report in PowerBI
• Performs a plan-and-fact analysis of budgets and timelines of investment projects to track and report on deviations
• Prepares analytical materials for the Investment Committee aimed at supporting the decision-making process
• Organizes and coordinates the holding of Technical Committees: agenda, comments on projects during TC, protocol for it in summary
• Cooperates with various departments of the company to ensure the exchange of information and coordination of actions on projects

We invite you for an interview if you have:

• Experience in evaluating investment projects at all stages of the life cycle from concept evaluation to monitoring effects
• Knowledge of methods investment analysis and modeling, mastery of investment project evaluation tools (NPV, IRR, PI, PP, DPP and others)
• Professional communication skills
• Knowledge of the English language: Upper-Intermediate and above will be an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting systems at the level of a confident user: 1C, Excel, Power Point, Power BI
• Practical knowledge of the basics statistics
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Time management skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
