Main tasks:

• Coordination together with the project manager of the execution of works on the objects of new construction (design and construction works). 
• Collection and consolidation of information on the status of construction of energy facilities.
• Control of the status of fulfillment of the requirements of concluded Contracts/Agreements for the new construction of energy facilities and related contracts for the implementation of the construction project. 
• Keeping records of agreements/contracts in terms of execution, financing and development.
• Maintenance of project document flow (internal and external correspondence, including in English, preparation of minutes of meetings, references, reports, orders on the enterprise and other documents on the project). 
• Participation in the organization of preparation/review of tender documentation, technical tasks, design tasks, design and estimate documentation (TEO, P, RD). 
changes to the project, Agreement / Contract. 
• Maintenance of current reporting, preparation of monthly reports(annual) for the construction of energy facilities (compilation of reports on the performance of all works: initial, intermediate and final), including financial ones. 
• Development and updating of the calendar-network model of the project in the MS Project software complex. 
• Executing the assignments of the Project Manager and Head of Department.

Requirements: /strong>

• Higher education;
• Experience as an analyst from 3 years;
• Work experience with various reports;
• Experience in participating in tenders and design
• High command of Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Power Point, Ms Power Query and Power BI functions; MS Project.
• Knowledge of the English language - above average;
• Analytical and critical thinking;
• Team player;
• Results oriented, able to learn quickly;
