Investment project manager in Zaporizhtransformator, PrAT

We are looking for a project manager in the investment department.

1.      Tasks of the candidate:

• Planning, coordination and control of the implementation of investment projects;
• Organization of interaction between services, designers, technical supervision, contractors;
• Quality control, compliance with deadlines and budget;
• Compilation of schedules, acts, technical documentation;
• Acceptance of the object into operation.

2.     Candidate requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in investment project management.
• Experience in working with subcontractors, technical supervision, author supervision, customer services.

3.      Professional skills:

·       Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, AVK-5, Revit (at the reading/control level).

·         Budget and resource management.

·         Experience in preparing tender documentation, reporting, correspondence with contractors.
